Emergency service 24H: Outside of service hours we will respond only to normal phone calls. We request that you only contact us outside of service hours in case of emergency. A service fee of 60 euros will be charged for door openings after 21.00 due to lost key or late check in not agreed beforehand.
In case we don’t pick up we will return to your call as soon as we can. We also kindly ask you to contact us by e-mail if possible. Please check if the answer to your question can be found from FAQ.
