We are local growing company based in Rovaniemi. Company was founded by Maria Laajanen in 2015. For the entrepreneur herself, investing in apartments, decorating, as well as tourism and working with customers have always been close to her heart. Therefore, it is very natural to offer furnished homes for our guests. Now we have had hundreds of guests in our furnished apartments, some have stayed a night or two and some have stayed longer, even months. Through our experience, we know what our guests want from our apartments, and we do everything we can to meet and even exceed their expectations. The most important thing for us is that our guests are having better time in our furnished apartments than at their own home.

Quality & Customer Satisfaction
Our guests, our customers, are important to us. Without customers, we wouldn’t exist either. We fulfill our guests’ wishes to the best of our ability and respond to contacts without delay. We have carefully selected all our properties for rent from the point of view of quality and safety. All our furnished apartments are either new or like new. We do our best to make our guests feel like they are at home in our high-quality furnished homes. Cleanliness & Environment
Cleanliness is one of our most important values. By cleanliness we mean the cleanliness of the furnished apartments, for which we have received a lot of praise from our customers. We do our cleaning work in the apartments with care, so that our guests are having better time than at home.
For us, cleanliness also means appreciating clean and unique Lapland’s arctic nature. We want to pay attention to environmental friendliness and sustainable development in our operations, and we are constantly looking for financially viable solutions for this.
In electricity contracts, we prioritize environmentally friendly electricity producer options. When purchasing electrical equipment, we pay attention to the energy consumption of the equipment. We do not change bed linen and towels and clean the apartments every day of your stay, but only when the new guests are coming or when ordered separately. We use eco-detergents for cleaning.
We try to minimize the amount of mixed waste. We do not offer hygiene products in small packages. We encourage guests to use washable kitchen towels instead of disposable paper towels, and to recycle and sort their household waste. Unused, but usable food, etc. groceries in intact packages are left in the kitchen of the apartments to use by the next guests. We do not provide disposable cutlery for our guests. We also do not offer bottled water, as Finnish tap water is clean and drinkable.
We recycle the vast majority of our discarded, used-up textiles by donating them to e.g. for Lappish craftsmen.
