How can I book the apartment?
You can check our apartments and free nights from airbnb. If you are planning to stay over a month, please contact us.
How does the check in and check out works?
The check in time is between 16.00-21.00. In some apartments check in time ends earlier in case the main door closes earlier. Please check the check in policy from your reservation. In almost all our apartments our guests can have a contact free check in with a personal pin-code given before check in time. A late and silent check in after 21.00 is possible but only when agreed beforehand. Please notice on contact free check in that our customer service (by phone) closes up at 21.00.
On some of our apartments the contact free check in is not possible. In this case we ask our guest to let us know their arrival time 48H beforehand so we are there at the door to meet them on right time.
Check out is without contact latest at 11.00 am. Before check out we ask the guest to leave the keys on the table in the apartment. Please let us know your check out time in case it is beofre 11.00 am. Also we ask to check all electronic equipments are shut down and windows and doors are closed propely. If any windows or doors are left open or missing key or other damages – we charge all the costs from the guest. The final clean up is included on price if nothing else has been agreed. If the apartment has been left exceptionally dirty we might charge extra for cleaning.
May I check in before 16.00?
We usually follow the normal check-in time, so that we can definitely get the apartment ready in time. If you need an earlier check in, you can ask about the possibility by contacting our customer service by email. Requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, if possible. Please notice we usually cannot confirm the possibility for early check in until on your check in day.
I have a problem to check-in or I do not know how to use Pindora electronic lock.
You will receive instructions for using Pindora in your email and no later than on the day of check-in – please, check that you have given us your correct contact information when making the reservation. Read and follow the posted instructions carefully. You need an internet connection on your device (phone, laptop, tablet) to open up the lock. Can I make changes to my reservation?
If you have made your reservation through an external booking server such as airbnb or booking.com, all change and cancellation requests are handled through their system and customer service according to their charge and cancellation conditions. If you have booked the apartment directly on our website or through our customer service, please contact our customer service.
How do I contact customer service?
You can reach us by phone or email. For reservations made through the reservation service, please contact us through the message channel of the reservation service in question. Our customer service is open on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and in check in situations every day from 10:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. Only in case of emergency situations we serve on the phone 24H. In non-urgent matters, we ask that you primarily contact us by e-mail or via reservation service. If we do not answer the phone when you reach us, we will call you back. What kind of equiptment there is in the apartments?
Our furnished apartments are intended for home-like living. Our furnished apartments are either new or like new. There is a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV in the living areas, and a bed at least 180 cm wide in the bedrooms (which can be separated to two beds by asking in advance). The width of the sofa beds when opened is at least and most often 140 cm. The apartments have a separate dining table with chairs for eating and some apartments have a separate desk for working. Some apartments also have a highchair.
The apartments have everything you need, including household appliances, for cooking and serving food. Bed linen and towels are always included in the reservation made through our reservation system. In our bathrooms, our guests can use shampoo, conditioner and shower soap, a hairdryer, cotton swabs and pads, and in apartments with saunas, bench pads. The bathroom also has a washing machine and laundry detergent and toilet paper. The apartments also have an iron and ironing board.
The kitchen has coffee, tea and cookies, a dishwasher and dishwashing equipment. The apartment’s cleaning cabinet has tools for cleaning.

I want to change the number of people in my reservation, how do I do it?
Contact our customer service by email, you can find our contact information here. In your message, please state the name of the booked apartment, your name, your arrival date and the correct number of people. Additional persons may be charged separately.
Are children charged separately?
If a normal bed is made for the children, the children must be declared at the time of booking according to the number of persons. If the child does not need his own bed, i.e. he sleeps e.g. next to the parent or in his own travel cot, there is no need to pay separately. Do the apartments have a highchair or a travel cot for the baby?

Can pets be brought to the apartments?
Pets may only be brought into apartments where it is separately permitted. Currently pet-friendly apartment is Arctic Starry City Suite. Normal final cleaning is included in the price, but we ask that you vacuum dust and loose fur from pets before leaving. Alternatively, the guest can purchase additional cleaning from us according to our price list.
Do you have allergy-free or barrier-free apartments?
We clean the apartments carefully and use unscented detergents for washing linens and eco-detergents for cleaning. Pets are only allowed in separately mentioned suites. We still do not guarantee that our apartments are suitable for allergic people. A large part of the apartments are located in buildings built after 2012, e.g. the dimensions of the bathrooms are build following the local construction regulations which are planned for easy accessibility. In the apartment buildings, there is an elevator in the stairwells.
Are the apartments suitable for organizing parties or events?
Unfortunately, the apartments are not suitable for events, as they are intended for normal living. Partying in the apartments is prohibited. The apartments have a quiet time from 22:00 to 07:00 and the maximum number of people mentioned in the reservation can hang out and stay in the apartments.
