Arctic Apartments was born from a genuine passion for homes, comfort, and meeting people. We are proudly a local company from Rovaniemi, deeply rooted in Lapland – both in business and at heart.
Our journey began with property investment in 2012. Over the years, our interest in beautiful interiors, quality living, and hospitality grew stronger and stronger. Since 2017, we have been offering furnished apartments for rent as well as Airbnb hosting services, helping both ourselves and other property owners provide a first-class accommodation experience for guests from around the world.
For us, accommodation is not just about handing over keys or providing a place to sleep – it is about creating a feeling. We want every guest to sense the warmth of Lapland the moment they walk through the door. Some of our guests stay for a night or two while exploring the magic of the North, while others stay for weeks or even months. Every guest is equally important to us.

For example, we are one of the few Airbnb hosting operators in Rovaniemi that offers 24/7 emergency telephone support to our guests and key hotel customers.
